Reviews and Ratings
Our stay began with a completely remote check-in, which felt strange. The room we were given was more like a poorly maintained unit in a building under renovation, and I found it to be quite dirty. Additionally, there were several small maintenance issues that added to our dissatisfaction. While the key situation was frustrating and took a long time to resolve, we ultimately chose to cancel our second night. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Check-in was entirely remote, and I never saw a live person, which felt strange. The room was not clean and there were several maintenance issues. We had a frustrating delay getting a working key for the building. Thankfully, this stay was a promotional deal, so we opted to cancel our second night. Overall, it felt more like a poorly managed apartment than a resort.
My stay was quite disappointing. The check-in process was done remotely, and I never interacted with a live person, which felt disconnected. The room was not as expected; it felt like a subpar construction site. Although I found some aspects tolerable, the overall maintenance and cleanliness were lacking. Given all that, we opted to cancel our second night and won't be returning.
I was really let down by my experience at this hotel. We had to check in remotely and never saw a live person, which was frustrating. The room was not what we expected; it felt like it was in the middle of being remodeled and just didnât feel clean. We ended up canceling our second night because it was more comfortable at home. Definitely not a place I would recommend or consider visiting again.
Our stay was quite disappointing. The hotel had a strange check-in process without any in-person assistance. The room we received felt more like a poorly maintained room than a condominium. We encountered several issues, including a broken building key and cleanliness problems. This experience didn't meet our expectations at all, prompting us to cancel our second night. We definitely won't be coming back.
