Our stay began with a completely remote check-in, which felt strange. The room we were given was more like a poorly maintained unit in a building under renovation, and I found it to be quite dirty. Additionally, there were several small maintenance issues that added to our dissatisfaction. While the key situation was frustrating and took a long time to resolve, we ultimately chose to cancel our second night. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

I was really let down by my experience at this hotel. We had to check in remotely and never saw a live person, which was frustrating.
